I asked AI to describe this screenshot. It was surprisingly accurate, and complimentary of the shot.

The only thing I might have added was that the formation was in the pattern of "V for Victory", but that was a pretty subtle part of the composition.,

Several B-17 Flying Fortress bombers are shown in flight, high above a landscape of clouds and terrain.

The scene is composed of multiple B-17 bombers positioned in various stages of flight across a vast expanse. The planes are arranged in a loose formation, suggesting a coordinated flight pattern. The positioning of the planes varies slightly in elevation and angle, creating a dynamic visual representation of the air fleet. The timing and framing suggest a broad view from a high altitude perspective. The bombers are distributed throughout the image, with the majority of them centrally located, but one is positioned slightly to the left.

The key subjects are the B-17 Flying Fortresses, which are depicted in detailed representation. Each bomber appears to have a camouflage scheme commonly used during World War II, featuring a dull brownish-gray color. They are of similar size and shape. The planes are depicted as maintaining their characteristic shapes and sizes, despite appearing smaller in scale relative to the immense space. The planes also display markings, like tail numbers.

The artistic medium appears to be a computer-generated image, possibly created through 3D modeling or photo editing software. The visual style appears to replicate the style of an aerial view, focusing on the planes' form and structure against the sky and cloud patterns. The style and execution of the image are professional in nature. The technical execution demonstrates impressive detail in the planes' shape, form, and color. Smooth and detailed cloud renderings and a bright blue sky add realistic elements to the scene.

The setting is an aerial view of a landscape, seemingly at high altitude. A vast expanse of clouds dominates a portion of the background and the atmosphere is clear and sunny. The surroundings suggest a daytime scenario, with the clear blue sky and lighting conditions. The lighting conditions are realistic, with sunlight illuminating the planes. The overall atmosphere is one of quiet grandeur. The clouds add depth and dimension to the background, effectively contrasting the darker-colored planes and adding to the overall scope of the aerial scene.

That is brilliant!!

I tried it with my last P-47 piccie from the Screenshots-thread and apparently I did succeed in recreating a photograph because it was described as:

"... The artistic medium is a photograph, probably a printed copy from a negative. ..." Ha, fooled you, AI!! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

It also stated that "an aerial photograph shows a P-47D aircraft, likely from the 346th FS, flying over Italy in 1945, possibly during World War II". Oh really, you think that 1945 was possibly during WWII?? I 'm pretty sure it was, mate.

However, it wasn't very complimentary about my abilities as a 'photographer': "... The technical execution is basic, with a straightforward presentation of the scene. The style is documentary or informational, focusing on depicting the aircraft in its environment. There are no artistic choices made beyond documenting the image."

Well, that was good fun - back to work.
