Dr. Hartstein hits the mark with great accuracy, the FIA as it is administered today is not only ignorant of the real situation, they just do not care!
Bearing mind that Ms. Wombat is '50% French' and we have family in the Loire Valley, I'm all for removing the French beurocrats from the FIA and moving the FIA to Geneva.
