Is it possible to convert from X-plane to FSX

As far as I can gather there are some tools that can covert from FSX to X-plane, but what about there other way around? There is a great looking RF-4 I would like to see in FSX.
 
Not easy to answer, since X-Plane models are sometimes two at the same time afaik: one for display and another for the flight model. If you have the source model anything is possible but I think it's a labour of love rather than a simple process.
