There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.
Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Miguel has posted the fact that it was down for maintenance on the simFlight front page - at http://simflight.com/2009/07/07/simmarket-in-maintenance-mode/ to be precise.
Paranoia much?
I think the point is that simMarket was down, preventing people doing that, Francois... However, I am intrigued to know how you bought it, if you then couldn't access the code, gera?![]()

I got my code inside the e-mail for the last thing I got through simMarket, gera...?
Paranoia indeed.......
SimMarket sends out emails like before. There IS an increasing tendency however, no doubt also fueled by paranoia, to block emails, or ask manual verification before receiving them.
In addition however, you can ALWAYS see your purchases AND all your registration keys, by just going to your account on simMarket and LOOK! So even if you block the e-mails, you can still use the stuff you bought. Nothing mysterious about all that ;-)
Honest answer? I really don't see a problem.
I made a statement that all the purchases I have made recently that have required codes (not all do) have had them listed on the e-mail I received when I made the purchase. Actually, having gone through all of the ones so far this year, one hasn't - FSPassengersX.
As I said before, it's probably product (or developer?) specific rather than user specific so there's no need to get your knickers in a twist - I believe you that you don't have the codes. I'm just saying that it's not a "change of policy", more likely just that what you've bought doesn't work with that part of the system.
I really don't see a problem here I'm afraid... and I'm off to bed to prove it.
G'night!
