Is there a PBY for base CFS3?

What M$ could have done
In looking at the files on the PBY aircraft I have -- they all indicate that they are for specific theaters -- typically ETO.

Q: Is there a PBY for the base CFS3 install?
 
Technically speaking nothing is "specific" to a theatre, it comes down to shared files and sound aliases. If you have all the shared files for the PBY in your base CFS3 and swap the sound file to one that is known to work your Catalina will fly.
