• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Is there anyone willing/able to model a structure for me?

I've been wanting a structure modeled for me ever since I started doing repaints. I would like to have a hanger of my own modeled for use in FSX. I have had others offer (n4gix) the use of/modifications to their work, but this is not really what I want to do.

I have tried modeling. It's just too complicated for me to want to learn. I'm a graphics artist (amongst other things) when it comes to flightsim relations.

I would be happy to do all the textures myself if someone would create the structure and provide me with the model so I can view it in the model viewer.

Is there anyone who would be willing?

As you'll see in the topic I provided the link for, it appears that I already "know" how to do what I am requesting. You are correct in many ways. Although the biggest issue I had was getting it to "WORK."

In all respect, I've come to realize I need to let the right person with the knowledge build a hanger for me, while I keep doing what I know. Repainting :salute:
