Iskra ?

I have heard hints of one being made. Anyone have any information?
Mike
Have looked from time to time and the only one I ever found was one from FS2000 or something, very basic. I'd love to see one developed. There is one sitting, wasting away in the hangar where I work. . .great reference for anyone who's interested, (hint, hint), lol.

Thank's for the offer, but living in Poland I can find "several" iskras a bit closer to my living place than in Texas :). Anyway, it would be great if you show some photos of it. I may consider making a skin once.

Actually the offer was that I could supply photo's of every conceivable part of the airplane if necessary, not that someone would have to come to Texas to observe it. The airplane livery as it stands now is not worth a photo actually, it's probably the ugliest paint job I've ever seen.

I'm working on it, but slowly, don't have as many free time as I used to have. There are several more shots here: http://s211.photobucket.com/albums/bb284/some1_PL/ts-11/progress/?start=all Almost all gauges are there, working and with many custom features (I'm a c++ programmer). But there's still plenty of work: model, more extra features, textures, FM, more extra features, sounds, more extra features ;)
Photobucket is down for maintenance so I couldn't access the larger images but I saw enough of them on the freeflightdesign.com forum to know how good this will be when completed. Glad to hear you haven't abandoned the project. You're a very talented designer and it'll be nice to see this completed. Keep up the good work.

Sweet, another jet trainer, can't have enough of those!

There's an Iskra parked inside (!) the largest aviation shop here in Holland, hovering over the books and scale modelling section.

Didn't realise India had Iskras.

There's an Iskra near me at Bruntingthorpe, which usually performs fast taxi runs at open days. Certainly something you don't see too often in Britain, unless you regularly attend.

Thanks for giving us some updates Mike, we do appreciate it and very much look forward to its completion.

Cheers! Mike :wavey:
