• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Don't know if anyone posted it here already (almost one month ago now), but I eventually wanted to share: http://www.jameslast.com/de/startseiteneu/?wpf_lang=en

James Last, the famous and long-running bandleader, died on June 9, aged 86. His music has always been in my life, inspired me always and will continue to inspire me.

He started his band inspired by the Beatles at that time and continued to have a band until this year 2015. He went accross many styles, complete revolutions in society but kept entertaining a lot of people. I somewhere read: "When you hear James Last's music, your heart is singing and your feet are tapping." Last's music covered classical music, jazz, pop and rock, a rather broad coverage but always sounds OK.

Now just listen this one (and keep the quote above in mind):

I listened to samples,of some of his music. There is a lot of his recordings available. Nice music. Very talented and accomplished musician. NC
