Jammed brakes?

Why does my aircraft refuse to move if I spend too long on cockpit checks, or even when it has stood still for a while after taxying?

The parking brake sometimes gets stuck - if you toggle the parking brake off/on/off a few times it'll release.

I've had this as a chronic problem too.

Mind, if an aircraft doesn't actually have parking brakes you are rather stuck.

Did you have that happen to you with an aircraft that doesn't have breaks? Now that is something new!

The Flight Replicas L-4 doesn't have a parking brake.

The sim will apply a parking brake regardless; there may be an option for it in the apron.flt or runway.flt files inside the aircraft folder under the [Controls.0] section. Change ParkingBrake=100.00 to ParkingBrake=0.

Thank you. I will try that, but can't help feeling that Asobo should have had this sort of thing working a couple of years ago.
