This evening I took more rare occasion for me in buying an aircraft model as I'm sort of winding down on FSX purchases with the intent of going to P3Dv4 (for actual training and development reasons and getting out of the entertainment flight simming). I looked at various sales going on and wasn't especially animated by much until I looked at the Just Flight Meteor over at PC Aviator. I had been interested in this model but just didn't quite push myself over the end until now but I'm super glad I did! The model is on sale there and a couple of other outlets but they (PC Aviator) was running their weekly 10% off Tuesday plus I had a $5 coupon. All told I got the model for a song but in my 3 flights with the Meteor, I have to say that JF did a magnificent job on this model in every aspect I can see and most importantly, it's a pure joy to fly. IMO, the model has more than enough realism and balance for experienced and average users to enjoy and without breaking the bank. Anyhow, I highly recommend this model to anyone who's on the fence about buying it. Meteor has always been one of my vintage jet fighter favorites since I was a boy and this model has re-lit my old romance with this bird.
