WIP...

Still got some research to do and some textures yet to complete, but unless I really get stuck it's looking good for this weekend. :d

If anyone has any photos of the rightside (especially the aft fuselage) of this aircraft that show tail number and Sq letter ("H"), or any other tips that you are willing to share, please give a shout.

Thanks,
Steve :wave:

Those both look stunning, Steve! I love those 357th FG schemes, with the top fuselage painted OD. The various colors really make both schemes standouts, and I am very much looking forward to adding them!

Thanks guys! :d They should be uploaded by midweek. I spotted some areas during the photo-shoot that need a bit more attention that I missed on my "final inspection".

And thanks, John, for this incredible model. Still learning my way around it but that's part of the enjoyment. The paint kit is marvelous and I am also still learning how to take advantage of all its power. The "half" shemes are some of my favorites as well. They are definately colorful which adds lots of character to an aleady classic design.

Very nice work. These B/C models are always welcome.

Speaking of which, I wqas just watching "Greatest Planes" on the military channel and they had on the P-51 episode and saw a short video clip of a B/C model named Bonnie B which was started and txied really fast but had a load of kills on her. Anyone have info for some one to do a possible repaint?

I keep looking for these beauties. Getting any closer, LDF?

You're amazing, LDF. Just when I thought I've seen the most stunning paint yet:faint:, you top it with another outstanding scheme. :woot:Thank you again, my friend. :applause::applause::applause:

Slowdown, LDF

Hey, LDF. Your work is great. :medals:

You might want to check your readme files, however. :mixedsmi:

[fltsim.XX]
title = P-51B Mustang 'Turnip Termite'
sim = p-51c
model = 2
panel = 2
sound =
texture = Ternite

I think it is supposed to be Termite, and..

[fltsim.XX]
title = P-51B Mustang 'UVE HAD IT'
sim = p-51c
model = 5
panel = 5
sound =
texture = Uve_Had_It

I think you set the texture folder to texture.ENGLAND.

Got it straightened on my end, but I'm just worried that you're working long hours without a break. :faint:

Thanks for the great work. :ernae:

OOPS! :redf: Thanks WH, for catching that.

I guess that's what I get for having 2 working folders for the same texture files. :sleep:

I'll correct those and send corrections for them right away.
