Jumping view (without any panel)

Hi,
last time I noticed strange thing. When I take Virtual Cocpit, next some click of "A" for clear kind of view, when I havent any 3D or 2D panels and the weather is foggy - view starts jumping. Only with foggy weather and no any cocpit, front look.
Any noticed this? In each aircraft without panel, default ect. When I put 2d panel, or ALT (for menu the view is ok). Perhaps its a new driver of AMD (?) for graphic card (HD6xxx), I used CCC 11.9.
