Said the Actress to the Bishop!

I was wondering if I have done something in the OFF manager...In P2 you could get the screen prior to take off, with your plane and pilot.
From there you could change location...choose the weather...even change planes at that late stage!

has that been removed?...or have I 'un-ticked' summat?
 
I think in Phase 3 that setup is not available in normal QC or Campaign mode. However, in workshops is a CFS3 selector, which I think reverts to the setup you refer to.

Maybe Pol or someone could confirm this as I'm away from my PC at the moment.
 
Yes, Simon, you can get the old settings.
Go to workshops -along the bottom is CFS3QC . select that and you start Quick combat and at one of the screens you see a purple square towards the left.
Click on that and you get all the options you mention, like in OFF2. The weather will be at Dynamic OFF3 but you can select it different if you are fed up with rain-lol
I must say i like nice fluffy clouds.

We basically abandoned CFS3 QC mainly because there are no front-lines and everything around your home-field is enemy.....but kept it for site seeing.

Glad you kept it though WM... It's nice to be able to choose location /Weather for when you only have time for a quick Blast! :ernae:

No promises but if sales go well I can make OFF QC have weather selectable in the Quick Combat interface as well as the most popular locations along the front or at home.
