I'am just curious about the gun sound issue I seem to have. It's sure no biggy cause there's nothing to blow up anyway but on some planes I can get the sounds to work, (the effects always seem to work ,you can see the tracers) but on a lot of them ,I get no gun sound. I redownloaded the Pfalz D III and the read me says when you press the brakes the guns fire with sound, and they do ,work fine, but others like, I'am not sure which Spitfire when you press O the default strobe you only get the tracers with no sound.
Seem like any gun assignment that uses the O key has no sound.
An example that I just redownloaded is the Armstrong Withworth Siskin it calls for you to put the 20 can. wav file in the sounds folder and rename Fs9_Wing Guns.fx to fx_wing_Guns.fx and use the o key. I only had one of these planes guns have sound when I put the wav file in both the effects main file and one in the main sound file. Other than that one plane ,which i don't remember what kind it was ,the sounds never work.I did get one to work by pressing ctrl+ the o key
Most others that don't use the o key have worked.
Any one have any ideas .Like I said no biggy just wondered why. Sorry I know I didn't explain this very well but it's late and I'am old. Thanks
