I had someone give me a Sunderland, but I thought I would like to start from scratch so ....

I'll borrow a few pieces from the other model but not too much ...

This is about 5 hours of work. Dancat must have 8 hands LOL

:woot: Excellent Ted! Another gem in the works. :) :) I've been marvelling at your new lancaster cockpit, absolutely brilliant. Keep up the great work (but don't over-do it and burn yourself out!)

I was rather pleased with that one. Mathias made it easy and I just added the missing pieces. I like the stair down to the front gun and bombardier's position.

You should really thank John for when he paints them they look so much better.

Yes that stairwell is stunning, I have the move eyepoint left & right mapped to my keyboard, ese and the head up/down movement you can go exploring!

Yes, I meant to say how superb Johns paintwork is, between the two of you we have been getting some real masterpieces lately. :) :) :)

Dare I even mention the word Hampden? :)

And about to cut in the wing root fillets if I'm not mistaken? I hope you come up for air occasionally, Nacht!

Guys just a reminder

Don't hold your breath. Was bored with mapping the Do 217's and needed a break. The Do's are a first priority with me. I have a 215B-5 that will be fun to play with along with her bigger brothers knocking down those new B2 Lancasters ......

by the way, a Sunderland used in the Med in 1941 would be really appreciated for my 7./JG26 campaign, Mûncheberg destroyed two of these at Malta! :jump:

Med version ....

Well that would require me making a Mk 1 I beleive that had no upper turret but two beam guns. I will make this version only if time permits. :friday:

omg, a Short Sunderland? I need this plane pretty badly...due to the fact it's a seaplane...

Anyways, very nice job on it so far! :applause:

I hope it is so difficult to kill like cfs2..., that's wuold make the mission great... they are so good armed
thanks again nacthpiloten...
Regards
Jose

No, don't develop a MkI just for one or two missions!! I can build my two missions with a MkIII even if it's not 100% historically accurate, this is not a problem at all. Actually, these missions are build with MAW's float Swordfish! :jump:

Just found this cracking shot..over the Eddystone Lighthouse :)
