Thanks guys, but I made a faux pas. It is a bomber, not a transport.
Seeing as how Douglas is still celebrating the weekend and it has not made it up yet, do the following. In FS9, change the cfg to read as the following.
[fltsim.*]
title=SM79 LEBANESE SPARVIERO BOMBER
sim=SM79bis
model=bomber
panel=
sound=
texture=lebanon
kb_reference=SM79bis_ref
ui_manufacturer=Savoia Marchetti
ui_type=SM.79 Bis Sparviero/Transport
ui_variation=Lebanese Air Force
description=Some SM.79s were converted into various versions of utility transports during the last phases of the war and survived in that role until 1952.By Manuele Villa & ItalianWings ,February 2008.

In FSX, you must copy and paste the base texture in the Savoia Marchetti SM-79 MVG folder and paste it back and rename it texture.lebanon, do not use the main texture in the Savoia Marchetti SM-79 Bis MVG as in the Read Me.
Alter the aircraft.cfg in the same manner as above and add the next number in line.
I plan to add some black de-icer boots to it and paint the prop spinners red if I can find the key to them on one of the texture maps, so look for a new texture in the future.
Thank you folks for the kind words, it makes the hard hours doing these worthwhile. I must leave today and upgrade my video cards, however, one of my 8800 GTS cards blew out last night, re: Newshawks.
