I'm beginning to get the picture. Whoever hurt Panther that bad should retreat, ban himself, get out of our forums and shut the f**k up! Democracy is not about saying whatever you like even if it hurts or offends other people. Democracy doesn't include racism! Why is the person who's done this not banned? And now directly adressed to this person: Got balls? Tell us who you are and apologize to Panther and indeed all of us! And then erase yourself from this community that has been worth while with Panther.

Cees, it's past time for recriminations. We didn't want P to ban himself and actually got into a row about it. But it's done and he only temporarily banned himself. He'll be back in a couple of weeks.
 
You're exactly right Cees.
Anybody who posts on forums like SOH should always exercise an adult level of civility and self-control or else they should be banned. The recent Presidential campaign generated almost as much hate and discontent here as did the Iraq invasion in 2003. If people would just ask themselves before they post something nasty, "Would this get my a$$ kicked if I said it in person?" or "Would this cause me to lose a friend if I said it to them?" the environment here or on any forum would be improved a lot. Panther's good people and I hope he returns soon from his self-imposed exile.
 
His absence is really tangible around here leaving a gap, but I am confident he´ll be back!

Come out of your closet, Panther - here´s a challenge, I know you can do worse::costumes::costumes::costumes: Missing you, guy!

Yeah P... we all mis you here, so come on down, mate. The past is the past and what's done is done. We can't reverse what's happened but always remember... YOU HAVE ALOT OF FRIENDS HERE.:jump::jump::jump::jump:.

I remember that shot of the P-38 and the "option window"... That was such a nice plane before it was "Panthered". I saved a bunch of those screenies because they gave me a chuckle.

"Self Imposed Exile" "Banished from the Colony" I like SOH but sometimes this place sounds so 16th century or "Alice in Wonderland" it makes me wonder. Does this Kingdom need a "Magna Carta". Oh well better stop before someone excomunicates me as well. I'll just step back into the "Looking Glass" puff on my "Hukka" and periodiclly scream out "Off with their heads" (not a threat just a quote).
