Key function not working

an Friend of mine canot get the control+ 1,2,3,4..... to work is there any thing that could be causing this. he cant get it to work in any aircraft.

Not sure about the cause, but try to rename the fsx.cfg and let FSX generate a new one.

I have 2 German made planes that cause my FS to go to German language mode and the keys are different. One is the Cirrus SR-22 from a couple of years back. Happens every time. I have to reboot the Sim to get it back to normal.
