ki-61-Id (Tei) 17 Sentai, Phillipines 1944
ki-61-Id (Tei) 55 Sentai, Japan 1945
ki-61-Id (Tei) 159 Fubu-Tai, 244 Sentai, Japan 1945 (unconfirmed as kamikaze unit)

The repaints are to fit the ki61b model, but I believe with renaming they will fit any of the 3 ki61 models released by Vladimir Kochmarsky (see...
