It's called the 'Speedpack' Lefty, and it's an add-on luggage compartment.

Something lefty didn't know about aeroplanes! If only we'd posted it as a Mystery.

Also available on the Amsterdam. God knows why they called it a Speed Pack - the opposite effect would seem more likely, but 'Slow Pack' doesn't sound so snazzy.
 
Probably because the pack doesn't cause much drag, at least not as much as the traditional way the Dutch take their stuff to their holiday location! :173go1:

(It reads 'Redneck airlines', but that's photoshopped; it is obviously an Air holland aircraft!)
