Lago F-16 Falcon

Lago doesn't seem to have a forum on this bird, so I was wondering if anyone knew of any other sites that might have some tweaks, hints, improvements, etc.

Thanks

Good Question WH. As far as "Official Updates" and such, I'm not aware of any and aside from an occasional livery upload to Avsim or flightsim.com, I've not seen anything in the way of improvements or tweaks.

Thanks, Falcon. :wavey:

This is what I've found so far...

http://www.ibsw08346pwp.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/Lago_panel_fix.html

http://www.fotocreatives.nl/projects/LAGO_F-16_Update_Project/index.htm

As you can see from the second link its apparently a WIP as no downloads are available, and the pages are incomplete.

I have the Olsson F-16 and recently added the SimScape panel, and that prompted me to check out the Lago Viper. I like them both, but they all seem to share the same VC cockpit and have different approaches to switches, gauges and MFD panels. With my setup a lot of this stuff is hard to read on screen.

So.... my quest for an improved F-16 for FS9 continues. Cheers. :ernae:
UPDATE: Looks like I found their Tech Support.

If you do a search, there's a lot of threads on the FS Falcon - in English and Italian. :running:

Man, too bad that second link never got off the ground, they had some terrific mods available there. Wonder what happened?

As for the first link. . .as it turns out, the guy who did those mods is someone who goes back to the heyday of Lago, when they had the Falcon, the MB339, the AMX and the Tornado. Along with myself, Skinny_puppy and several guys who frequent SOH from time to time. . .this fella joined us 3 times a week to fly hops that we made up, either on the fly or that had been planned in advanced. We did this for almost two years until our lack of enthusiasm with Lago and the repetitiveness of the hops finally took it's toll and we shut everything down. Don't know his last name, but Davie (or wee_davie as we knew him online) was from Glasgow and his dad flew for Federal Express I believe. Really nice guy in his early 20's I think. Anyway, great to see his name pop up on that link.
