Late model Spits

I asked the other day if there was a contra prop version for cfs3 ... and the answer was no ... but are there late models with the bubble canopy available? or in the making??

There were some payware Spits for CFS3, but I don't remember if they included a late model bubble top. If there's any in development, nobody's saying! :banghead:

I was thinking of the JustFlight Spitfire package - lots of different Spits for FS9, but no late ones for CFS3 except a Mk.XIV which is high-backed anyway. :banghead:

I've been waiting on bubbletop Spits and a TempestII forever. I even attempted to make one, but couldn't figure out GMax at all.

I would probably pay someone for a real nice Spit 14 ,16 or 24 with a bubbletop and or a Contra rorating propeller.

The only Spitfire derivative to have a contra-rotating prop is the Seafire Mk46 and 47. No Spitfire was fitted with one except for experimental purposes. The PR.MkXIX you see on the airshow circuit is a bodge job with a Griffon stripped off a Shackleton.

I agree with you about the teardrop canopy, though! I'd love to see a late-production FR.MkXIVe.

Oh yes...I forgot it was a Seafire. That ship looks so cool.

Might not be any "Bubbletops", but there are Mk 14's!
