for Thickos Lavochkin La-7 for CFS2

These files up-date the Lavochkin La-7 Single Seat Russian fighter. You must have the original Lavochkin La-7 for CFS2 by Thicko for it to work.
It will correct prop blurred center, small correction to Morten's skin, and seperate the cowl flaps, oil door and cowl shutters from the flaps animation.
