• There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

Anyone have any news they would like to share with him on his journey?

Hello - I am out one month now, missing home with all my heart, but serving God with all the rest. I teach and preach daily about God and Christ and the Bible and the Book of Mormon. God helps in more ways than I can count!
I am now in Kumasi, in the mid part of Ghana. This is Third-world, and I am learning of a world I could not comprehend before...

I tell you this because you offered to keep the forum updated, and to keep me updated on life here. You have no idea how this has touched me! It really means alot to me. So please, keep me updated on all the doing here and in the world... I want to know so I can be a valuable member when I come home in 23 months! Please post my comments on the board for me as you offered to do, and please send me word of the new freeware and payware offerings in the world of FS2004 primariliy, and in FSX!
My email address in ephram.matheson@gmail.com

Yep, I'm sure he is. It is always so much different from simply reading about an area of the world you've never been to. . .then to actually experience it. . . .culture shock.
He's doing good work though and I'm sure he'll come home with a wealth of experience and newfound friends.

Thats awesome!

Man, what an adventure.

I watched a little documentary by two young guys and a camera man that did a Christian jaunt or mini mission through the Himmalayas, (however thats spelled). People would welcome them in and give them food and listen and talk with them. At one point, in India (they were going everywhere), some Indian people became pretty irate with them being Christian and actually attacked them, and they had to lay tracks and move quick as a gang of them built up.

Please tell him to keep up the good work and that we are thinking about him.

That´s great work and it really turns people around, specially the young ones.....sorry to say but real thruth, I used to fly to some jungle fields in Darien, where the jungle really used to be, only about a hour from my airfield, and there he would have found the "5th world"!!!!!.....I read that not only until yesterday they finally got a "satellite-celullar for the whole village!!!".............now those who live there can reach the "3rd World" here!!!!! ...............that´s the freeking planet we live in.:kilroy:

Thanks harleyman for posting. Glad he made it over there safe and sound. Now the work begins but for a wounderful cause.
