Libardo Guzman's 707 megapack

Hi All,
Anyone download this recent megapack from Simviation for FSX?
When I installed it the VC textures all look black. Did this happen to anyone else? Is there a fix?

It seems to work just fine in my copy of FSX Acceleration.
