• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

There has been talk in here they can't be used in missions or Campaigns because they are frame hogs.I use his P-40 b & e all the time in missions with no problems.They work fine in my DOA ( my own version ),my AVG,CATF and PNG,I never had frames drop below 25 and had no stutters at all.

I also love his Spitfire but haven't done missions yet with it.In QC no fps problems or stutters.

BTW he released a P-51b a few weeks ago.

Hi Talon, I've found the same with regards to the framerates. Lindsays are some of my favourite planes, I loved doing repaints for the P40's. That P51B is a real sweetie! How did I miss it?
 
Unfortunately I can't say the same with my system. The P 40 B is completely unusable for me in any formation over 3 planes (My system isn't great but it isn't ****e either) and the e barely makes the grade.

I could turn down the graphics settings but as far as I'm concerned there are other planes out there that are almost as good looking that are much much better on frame rates. Its just a shame he doesn't seem to want to touch multi LODing
