Here you can d/l an excel file with details on all TOW a/c I can find.

With regards to this, the idea of this file is to make a list with all the a/c suitable for ETO/TOW operations under the following headings.

Types (subheading Years of ops)
Command ( BC, NJ, etc.)
Folder name ( in aircraft folder)
s/a or skin to s/a
Model name
From (who did them)
Find at ( web addy)
Notes
Permission from ( who do we ask.)
ETO compatibility changes needed


Feel free to add comments on this and upload your changes. There is still missing info as you can see and it would be nice to have it completed.
It would be especially nice to get permission to make s/a of the a/c which are now available as skins only.

I am going to release all the Lancasters very soon. The Halifaxes should be done before x-mas. I have a few Do 217 njg and a do 215 b5! Will get this up. Once all this is done (which is not too much since 90% of the planes are sitting on my hd's) it off to making that gsl you and I have been tossing around. Have 5 german radars drafted, plus raffy sent me a buch of other stuff.:friday::friday::friday:
 
Glad to hear that. What would be nice is to get many of these s/a and skins updated and suitable for the ETO Expansion so that all that hard work is not lost.
 
Can't take credit for having worked on the Wellington really, on the other hand I didn't know that just two of Lanc's where based on mine. :costumes:
 
Well Mathias, that's why I posted this to get what's what by who. Please add any info you have and how you feel anything of yours is or could be up to working well with ETO Expansion.

All the lancs are based on your work! I just had to make them better :costumes::costumes::costumes::costumes::costumes::ernae::ernae::ernae::friday:

Hmmm... I'm thinking that it might also be nice to get some of the "other" missions etc. updated to work with ETO-fixed planes. E.g. get the planes out there suitably q/c-ed and then any missions that used them.

We're still not onto ETO here yet, as we're still experimenting with the planes, missions etc. for "vanilla" CFS3. Having discovered e.g. some nice planes that have slashes in their names (which causes mismatches in MP), and missions which use them, I was planning on fixing them up for our use here... but a more centralised effort to get this kind of thing coordinated and "officially" updated would be a very good idea.

The problem when updating a plane like that is keeping track of all the missions, spawns etc. which might use them. Does anyone have any kind of automated tool to scan an archive of add-ons and/or an install and track the dependencies? I was thinking such a beast might be rather handy for this kind of thing...
 
Superb looking pit Mathias, and the website looks great.

Will any of your current projects filter back to cfs3 or have you left us for fsx for good? :(
