Little Nav Map / MSFS Routings

SOH-CM-2025
Hi All

I have got into building [very basic] flight plans with Little Navmap for excursions in aircraft like the Mooney or the Learjet L35 where I want to try a bad weather ILS at my destination. These pln files are easily transferred into MSFS and can be selected as your flight plan when you use the world map to load a flight. HOWEVER, I am finding that often the MSFS flight planner overwrites the LN flight plan adding additional (often irrelevant/inconvenient) waypoints. This would not be a disaster but for the fact that I cannot find a way to delete those unwanted waypoints on the World Map. Appreciate this type of thing may be a question for other more tube-liner oriented forums but thought I'd try here in case anyone here has experienced this.

When you are in MSFS Scenario set up, are you only putting in the Departure airport, then bringing through the LNM flight plan, or are you putting Departure & Arrival airports in the MSFS Scenario set up, then bringing in the LNM flight plan?
If the latter, then I believe MSFS will overwrite the LNM flight plan. The Arrival airport should be left out.

I don't enter separate departure or destinations in the world map. I just load the imported flight plan as built in LNM using the "Load" option icon at the bottom of the world map page. The issue I have is that LNM flight plan doesn't always "pull through" exactly to the displayed Flight Plan on the world map. I often get extra, unwanted waypoints?
