Looking for an airplane

Hi!

You know so much about FSX airplanes. And if we put our knowledge together, that would be even better...

So I am looking for a good GA airplane with dense urban areas in mind. What would be a single engine airplane with the lowest impact on fps?
 
Baytower RV7

Has RXP gns530 integration if you use that... Low wing but short stubby wings good vis, pretty fast (160-170 KTAS), excellent STOL performance, easy on your PC. Not much support anymore but very low cost.
