Looking for raindrop

I'm looking for raindrop like on WOFF or FS9.

I think it has to be an effect that is added to the model, like bullet holes or oil splatter.
Ted looked into it but it rained inside the cockpit if I remember correctly.

The problem is that the rain passes in front of the screen and not on the scenery.

I think this is one of CFS3 's stranger things!

I don't think raindrops, at least animated raindrops like you show, are possible in CFS3 unfortunately.
