Looking for Rob Richardson's Beagle Pup

I'm looking for Rob Richardson's Beagle Pup. I tried an extensive Google search, the Wayback Machine and Archive.org, but no luck. I did find a 7zip archive on Archive.org with a bunch of his planes, but no Beagle Pup. Could someone please upload this file?
