Losing DVDs

Do any of you have a problem with using InCd. I use InCd so I can use DVDs R/W like as a regular drive, drag and drop, type backup. Well the DVDs keep going bad on me and I loose all my backup freeware and payware. What am I doing wrong or is InCd just a bad deal? Any advice as to how to recover some of my junk? I now have a 500Gb HP Pocket Media Drive to do all my backing up of stuff but it would be nice to get some of my old data on this pocket drive.......:pop4:

Thanks

David

I backup to external drives with Nero, the purchased files and the keys. At some later time, when enough files have been collected or if I'm concerned about loosing stuff, will burn from the external to a write only CD or DVD, and archive those files somewhere safe. DVDs are cheap compared to some of the planes being sold.
