Lost ILS approach

When I fly into JFK in NY I cannot use an ILS approach, and not all ILS are listed in the GPS. I can get them on the MAP but they don't work. Anyone have any ideas?

My mistake when that happens is having the NAV/GPS switch set to GPS. Make sure it is set to NAV.

Yep - I double check it every time.
