MAAM Langley

Is there a way to position the Langley to a different location? Tried the MAAM Forum but it won't except my password and have not sent a new one yet. Would like to have it just off shore from Seattle Wash. so that I have land in sight. If there is I would need step by step procedure as I am not very good at making changes like this. Don't know a darn thing about it.
