MAIW NBAI A-4F & TA-4J models

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to install MAIW's A-4F and TA-4J Blue Angels package. Unfortunately ("Catch-22") the TA-4J requires the "package # 208 - Christmas 2011: TA-4J/H Skyhawk (MAIW)". which is no longer listed. Anyone have one of these?
