This is a wonderful package that really brings this island nation to life.

Good news on the new MAIW AI for the Republic of China. I have all their previous ROCAF packages installed and it's fun to fly around the island now and then and check out what's in the air with you. This pack should ratchet up the fun factor yet again.

Here's the link if you don't have it:

Thanks for the HU

Really looking forward to this instalment, Taiwan is getting really well populated
Can't wait to have the F-5 up in the skies, too

EDIT: RCYU certainly has an "interesting" pattern for the AI to pick through!

I watched a few F-16's doing this and was impressed.
I found others, however, disappearing while en route into RCYU, for no apparent reason.
And not the usual possible reasons, either: at 12.000ft with no fixed time at destination that I could see...

Just a heads up for you guys over here, I will be releasing another 2 fast jet packs and then some Helo's over at MAIW to conclude this series.

It's a shame about the AI engine behaviour at RCYU due to the proximity of the mountains, but was to nicer package not to release.

Mark

And they've sneaked another one out in the meantime, what looks like a rather impressive Italian MB339 set.

Mark, once again a HUGE thank you to all you guys over at MAIW. :icon29::icon29:

Our latest package by Gary Barker and Nick Black for Military AI Works, features the brand new AI Aermacchi MB-339 of the Italian Air Force by Nick Black and Mike MacIntyre.
Nick Black left us one last model to make use of and Mike MacIntyre has once again brought it to life with its beautiful flying characteristics. With help from Gary Barker, this package has finally made it to the finish line and we are happy to be able to share it and this great new model with our fans.

Based mainly at Lecce Galatina (LIBN) in Southern Italy, the MB-339 is the mainstay of Italian fast jet training. Delivered in 1979 initially the aircraft has been updated to a high standard with modern flight controls and instruments. The Italian Air Force operate the MB-339CD and the MB-339A (MLU). The aircraft is also used by the Italian Aerobatic Display team the “Frecce Tricolori” who use the MB-339A (MLU). In all there are 18 different model variations for you to enjoy and for the repainters out there,

we have included paintkits for the two main model types. In addition Gary and Nick have added customized scenery to LIBN to bring this base to life along with our normal customized flight plans, call signs, AFD files and detailed aircraft textures.
We hope you enjoy this one last model from Nick Black and look forward to all the various repaints and third party packages that this model will surely be used for.

Enjoy it folks

Mark

Absolutely nice! And I find it interesting to see them climb out through the saddle in the mountain, full steam. None of my AI would ever be so smart... Looking forward to your next releases, and thanks for your fine work.

We're on a roll
