Making a start in Gmax

HI peoples, I have made a small step in GMAX, before starting something complex like an aircraft, i decided to try my hand at something simple.(on the principal you have to learn to crawl before you can walk) so i made a couple of RADOMs and a 30mm cannon, I have also just found out i can upload again (after not being able to for about 16 months) So i Will upload them + aircraft skins If anyone is interested, Its not much but its a start.
 
I wouldn't play down details like this too much jaycee, ok you might think they're only a small addons, but things like this open up all sorts of mission and skin possibillities, keep it up, very nice work!
What's your first aircraft gonna be?:d
 
Good thinking old chap! Viso did talk somewhere about trying to eat an elephant - easier to start simple and work up. I'd also recommend learning the keyboard shortcuts if you haven't already - they save a lot of time and mouse fatigue.

please upload as much as you can jaycee,it is great that you are able too again,i always enjoy making standalones with your skins.great stuff.

Great to have you working away. May I offer you a bit of advice. If you can try to get max 4.2 as making models in it allows you to export for a number of different games.

This one would be belong to a Bf110C-6, not to an E.
That E-1/R4 designation in the profile is pure phantasy.
12 C-6 where build of which the most where taking dust with SKG210.
One or two made it's way to Africa just to take dust at the ZG 26 scrapyard.:wave:
 
hey Mathias, (or anyone who may know) Is there news or hope for a certain Focke Wulf??? (was for MAW?)

(BTW, the FW for fs9 fsX is quite a honey!...)

Hey Jaycee while you are honing your skills on small things, can you rebuild some of the ugly squarish bombs in the game.
 
Thanks everyone for your input,i did not think it would have generated so much interest, Bravo/4, I have a couple of other small things planned, a cannon armed night hellcat, then some floats for a zero to make it a rufe, then some rolling stock,then the big one, a buffalo but this will take time. Popsaka, i luv yus all. NachtPiloten. i will email you soon. Mathias, you will be telling me next there is no Santa. LOL. I will upload today or tomorrow. I am just thinking about uploading the bf110 or not. Thanks again everyone, You truly are a wonderful bunch. I also made a droptank for the hellcat as the hellcats DT. was distinctive.
 
Can't wait for the cannon armed Hellcat... About time the Americans get nightfighters!
 
jaycee - This all looks great mate and look forward to seeing the stuff around.

I hav started a Brewster Buffalo although i have been on with it for sometime (Family/real life in way). I could leave screenies if you like. cant wait for the rest and i am just trying to catch up on everything i have missed over the last few months.
