man barricaded on oakland bay bridge

as of 7:47am thursday morning..a man has stopped on the oakland bay bridge in the oakland/san franico area and is threatening to blow up his ford explorer and jump from the bridge..at this point he is standing on the outside of the rail poised to jump...the traffic is a mess

I had a very similar situation while heading North on I5. Portland, Ore at Columbia River bridge. The mammal stopped traffic, got out and jumped. Traffic was at a stand still for near 2 hours.
....I can pretty much guess what the people stuck in traffic are thinking. Jump JUMP!! "Get on with it so the highway can get cleared." Amongst many other comments not heard. A blood clot in a main artery. Situations like that are never any fun. I hate traffic
