I didn't agree with their politics but I loved their music and dream. "Puff the Magic Dragon" is a classic story if growing up. I loved that song and still do.

God speed Mary! The heavenly choir has a new voice.
 
Time moves on and we lose another one. Love the way she could sing and never got tire of hearing Peter, Paul and Mary sing.
 
I saw P, P, and M three times back in the day, I was a huge folk music fan, still am. It was posted in my model forum yesterday and somehow, C9G beat me to it here. Somehow, I never realized she was a full ten years older than me, always seemed younger. Gosh I'm getting old!

Rest in peace Mary Travers, your voice was one of few.
