Massive Crash - worth having?

I was perusing SimAviation's FS2004 Miscellaneous files when I came across something called MassiveCrashFinal and then watched a video of it on YouTube; certainly looks like an interesting effect. I was wondering how many here use it and how easy it is to uninstall if needs be (the reason I ask is I've never been able to rectify the problem I have with my smoke and dust effects - among others)

It is a really cool effect -- assuming you ever crash. I've been using it since back in the fs2002 days and never had any issues. But you do need to make sure the following line is included in each of your aircraft.cfg entries.

visual_damage=1

Some planes will have it as shown, some will have the value set to "0" while others won't have it at all.
