MAW Spawing Setup Utility

Trying to find the original MAW Spawing Setup Utility .
Afther doing a reload of MAW I noticed that I did not have the original MAW Spawing Setup Utility anymore. How can I obtain it ?

Finally got running sort.Still getting a Run-time error '58' File already exists.
Can anyone help !

Still on the “RandomSpawsToggler” I downloaded the game in different directory from ‘C’ and made sure that all of the pathways where modified correctly, but still when I initiate the Toggler I get the following message : Run-time error '58' File already exists.
I tried locating the file but can’t find it. When I use the original directory ‘C’ everything works fine.
I am running this on win7 with WindowsXP (Service Pack 3)
So where is the bugg ?
