I removed 2 files, globallayer and qclocation....and MAW works normally.
I understand now why I can't see a new airbase!

I got it! This is the "mod" folder that performs the game "cfs3" on MAW.
If you remove it and perform with "Normal", you have the bases added.
Now, it is necessary to work on the addition of the coordinates in the "campaigns" folder...and that’s another matter.
