Wow, what a performance today by Max Verstappen and Red Bull Racing.
Starting in 4th position Max managed to get behind, and even close in on the Mercedes driven by Hamilton.
When asked by his engineers to back off a bit to lower temps and save his tires, Max responded that this might be the one chance to overtake a Mercedes, and that he didn't want to be driven behind them as a "oma" (Grandma).
And boy oh boy, did Max and Red Bull Racing outclass Mercedes today.
In Performance, Strategy as well as tire maintenance.
We need more of these races.
