This is a repaint of the awesome Milviz F-4J/S Phantom to represent an F.G.1 XV582 (M) 'Black Mike' of No. 111 Squadron, RAF, based at RAF Leuchars till retirement in 1992.

Initially delivered to the Royal Navy, it was transferred to the RAF in 1978 and first issued to the Phantom conversion unit 228 OCU at RAF Wattisham. Subsequently it was re-issued to No. 111 Squadron at RAF Leuchars and was the first RAF Phantom to clock 5000 flying hours. It was painted black in 1989 for static...
