I want to gather opinions with this thread. I'm going to be very up front and admit that I'm a little dissapointed. This is the most expensive that photoreal scenery has ever been, and I was looking forward to it. At the rate they sell it, the state of Utah would run you more than 300 dollars US. They can keep it.

What I think we need is a subscription scenery service, like Itunes but one that streams scenery as you fly, and saves it for future use as regular scenery. This way, it appears from the get go that the world is covered in photoreal scenery.

My personal opinion, it's not that great. At least for the two areas I bought being Florida 006 and 009. Just like the disappointing Aerosoft VFR Germany series they use different photo source info on a wide scale which spoils the whole experience for me.

No efford or very small efford was made to allign the afcad files.

Autogen...well still the same story, don't use the generic stuff. Just turn it off.

The scenery to the left is what I want. That's what I'd payed for. The scenery on the right is a laughing shame! Nobody in their right mind will ever go into a store and buy washed out clothes so why should we...

Highly disappointed, especially given their good other scenery packages. Had my expectations up way high but things are below zero now.

To be honest, the freeware pack I got around Ranger Creek (which happens to be a favourite area for me to fly in, Georender anyone) is rather lovely and ok. Didn't find the annoying multiple source material there!

wow, more info surfaces. I won't be buying it. It's a shame, because I've bought nearly every other megascenery title up to this date, and they're my favorite products.

Yes, I'm very much disappointed with the quality: lack of detail, color and resolution differences within a pack.

The resolution is less of a problem at higher altitude, 4000 ft or so.

For those that want to fly over their city or home, you might get away with the cost of $7.50 for one section.

As poor as it is, I've purchased one section and will buy a couple of more.
