Merlin 55 Chevy

What a waste of a perfectly good aero-engine.

The only thing worse in my opinion is this tractor-pulling malarky where they can and sometimes do trash up to half a dozen at a time!:faint:
 
I have been guilty of doing something like that.
I put a Buick Skylark Alum. V8 in an 58 Bugeyed Sprite. Stuffed the 4 speed tranny and rear end in too from the Buick.
That was a real sleeper.
 
I got to the part where the narrator said he chopped up a '55 Chevy and stopped watching. :frown: Merlins belong in fighter planes, not classic cars that people have f*cked up.
 
well, not everybody can fly. some folks belong on the ground.
i thought the chevy was cool. i wanted to see a giant burnout.
i understand how you guys feel though, i still throw up a little when i see that god-awful chopper with the radial.
