Oh god, I hate that clown. :kilroy: Michael McDonald's voice is one of my pet peeves, and so is his motown album. Cheers to you guys for sharing mutual enjoyment though, I'm sure you guys would hate some of the hard rock I listen too.
 
I've always felt that Steely Dan was the one band that doesn't sound like anybody else. Truly their own sound. As a musician, I've always loved them. Had fun playing several of their songs in one of my old bands. Always a challenge to pull off well.
As for Michael's voice, I used to think less of it when I was young. Now I love it and really appreciate his musical abilities.
