Microsoft Traffic Toolbox SDK for FS2004

Yes, I know, hard to find now. Used to be at Scenery Hall of Fame but the web site is closed up now -- they had a good run. I believe the SHOF is hosted elsewhere, so that is good news but don't have that location just off the top of my head.
On the Microsoft web it is listed in the Knowledge Base of all places. Fortunately I was able to recall this after several minutes of rumaging through my failing memory.

How to locate the Flight Simulator 9 SDK

The GMAX SDK is no longer available there -- licensing I am guessing but it is available out on the web.
All the other SDKs are linked from the KB article.
