AVP submitted a new resource:

Repaint of Gmax Academys MiG21. Ukraine Airforce, cammo textures, 1990, early national insignia, based on photos found on the internet. The Aircraft is available from www.flightsim.com. Should work in fsx although not tested, as I don't have it installed.
