This link was posted in the original thread but apparently no one is reading that any more because there haven't been any downloads of this revised zip and the old one in the download area continues to be downloaded. There is a correction to that original zip in this download. . . .one of the files had not been converted. This zipfile corrects that. As soon as I can get a revised file uploaded, it will be corrected in the main download area. For now use this one instead.
